My mission is to help people process bodily-held tension through the power of the breath.

I use different types of breathwork, depending on what you need.

Your breath is like your fingerprint – it’s unique to you.

That’s why I use a mix of breathwork tools, combined with my extensive experience, to create a one-off session, or a longer program, that gives you the process you need.

When I’m with a client, I go into deep focus.

It doesn’t matter what your issue is. There is no hierarchy of problems in breathwork. I’m open-hearted and 100% authentic. And I don’t ask you to do anything I haven’t already done myself.

How breathwork changed my life.

Several years ago, I was juggling a home life and a busy job, while trying to process the trauma of a difficult childhood.

I’d powered through many modalities, from talking therapy to EMDR, but nothing had made the difference I was looking for.

Then I tried breathwork. And like that, everything changed. I let go of the stuff I’d been holding on to.

Breathwork was so much more than I’d thought.

In 2018, I trained with Inspirational Breathing. And that’s when I realised I wanted to do this for the rest of my life.

I realised – finally – that this was me.

I want to be that person I needed when I was younger. I want every child to learn what I needed to know. That’s why I became one of the founding directors of School Breathe.

It’s also why I work with clients who are processing the difficult stuff from the past.

But as I continued my own practice, I realised that although I’d learned a lot about breathwork, something was still missing.

I was using breath as a trauma release, but in my day-to-day life I still wasn’t breathing well.

I was holding my breath, and taking very shallow breaths. And that was affecting my everyday wellbeing.

I then saw that many (actually, most) of my clients also had a dysfunctional everyday breath.

Some were mouth breathing. Others were breathing from the upper chest, or the stomach only. And nearly all of them were breathing too shallowly.

I began training in the process of everyday functional breathing.

These days, I also work with clients who want to breathe well every day. People who suffer from shortness of breath, or anxiety-related issues.

Some have sleep problems, including snoring and sleep apnoea.

I am still learning about the power of the breath. That’s because breathwork is the most rewarding work I have ever done.

I know I’ll be doing this until my last breath.

Where I work.

I work out of my beautiful breathwork studio in Steyning, West Sussex, close to Brighton and Hove. I see clients online, both nationally and internationally, and face to face in my studio.

I run one-to-one, couples, and group sessions.

I regularly work with children and teenagers to help them with breathing-related issues.
